Welcome to the Situation Room

It is 2:00 AM EST and military satellites have just confirmed that hundreds of cruise missiles are on their way from Tehran to U.S. military bases in Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Syria, and Turkey. Simultaneously, North Korea has launched a series of cyber attacks designed to disrupt our banking system as well as all electronic communications across America, while Russia is threatening an EMP (electromagnetic pulse) that could take down our entire power grid. Knowing that our attention is turned elsewhere, China decides to invade Taiwan, a key U.S. ally, seeking to annex that island nation.

When these types of national and international crises strike – whether it is one at a time or in a concerted enemy attack – who do you want in the White House Situation Room, deciding what immediate actions America should take? Remember, the country’s actual survival is at stake. Make one wrong move and tens of millions of Americans could die.

Option #1 is to entrust Kamala Harris and Tim Walz with the reins of power. The only problem is that President Harris keeps giggling nervously while the Joint Chiefs of Staff are giving their national security briefing and when they ask for her orders, America’s newly elected Commander-in-Chief responds with a word salad so obtuse that the admirals and generals are left scratching their heads. Meanwhile, Vice President Walz sits transfixed, his eyes bulging out of his head, and sweat pouring down his face and pooling in his lap as he recounts how close he came to seeing actual combat ("Thank God I retired a month before my unit was deployed to Iraq", he whispers under his breath).

Option #2 is to rely on Donald Trump and J.D. Vance to make the right call, just like Mr. Trump did when he took out an evil terrorist leader on October 26, 2019. In remarks delivered the following morning, President Trump had this to say…

“Last night, the United States brought the world’s number one terrorist leader to justice. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is dead. He was the founder and leader of ISIS, the most ruthless and violent terror organization anywhere in the world.”

“The United States has been searching for Baghdadi for many years. Capturing or killing Baghdadi has been the top national security priority of my administration. U.S. Special Operations Forces executed a dangerous and daring nighttime raid in northwestern Syria and accomplished their mission in grand style. The U.S. personnel were incredible. I got to watch much of it.”

“No personnel were lost in the operation, while a large number of Baghdadi’s fighters and companions were killed with him. He died after running into a dead-end tunnel, whimpering and crying and screaming all the way. The compound had been cleared by this time, with people either surrendering or being shot and killed. Eleven young children were moved out of the house and are uninjured.”

As for Vance, a Yale Law School graduate and decorated Iraq War veteran who demonstrated remarkable poise in his vice-presidential debate with Gov. Walz, he sits at President Trump’s right hand, offering quiet but cool-headed advice.

In the Situation Room, President Trump makes a series of no-nonsense phone calls to Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping, and Kim Jong Un ordering them to stand down or else… and they do. He then orders the Iranian missiles to be shot down while authorizing a retaliatory attack that wipes out Iran’s command and control centers, its power grid, and its presidential palace. The Ayatollah Khomeini will regret “poking the bear” for the rest of his short life, because he is about to be assassinated by Iranian freedom fighters supported by U.S. military intelligence.

President Trump’s decisive actions, reminiscent of the decisions he made during his decades as a real estate tycoon, lead to a period of “peace through strength” that extends throughout the rest of his presidency and into the eight years of the Vance administration. Trump’s crowning achievement is an expansion of the historic Abraham Accords that brings stability to the Middle East for the first time since 1948.

Meanwhile, Harris and Walz are so enthralled by the military and diplomatic success of Trump and Vance that they secretly vote for J.D. in both 2028 and 2032.
