If Democrats Had Integrity and Loved America…

In the aftermath of last week’s presidential debate, the Democrat Party has an opportunity to do two things. Neither will be easy, but both are necessary.

First, they can demonstrate that they have enough integrity to admit what the rest of the country already knows: that Joe Biden is cognitively impaired and unfit to serve as President, let alone to run for re-election. Yes, that would mean publicly acknowledging that they conspired to hide the truth about the President’s declining mental health, a mea culpa that would damage them in the short term but give them the opportunity to cleanse their ranks of the worst perpetrators while unveiling a new generation of leaders.

Second, they can show the world that they are willing to put country above party by invoking the 25th Amendment and removing President Biden from office. Sure, that would mean a President Kamala Harris occupying the Oval Office and sitting behind the Resolute desk for the next seven months, but hopefully the American people would come to realize that her mental acuity is only slightly better than Geritol Joe’s and send her packing in November.

Sadly, I doubt that either of these things will happen and so, the Democrat Party will most likely go down in flames this fall and deservedly so – losing the White House and the Senate as well as scores of seats in the House.

The moral of the story is simple: a political party that supported slavery, opposed Civil Rights, and advocates for abortion-on-demand and the bodily mutilation of gender-confused minors is finally receiving its due. Truth be told, the Democrat Party lacks both integrity and honor, and would sell its collective soul to stay in power. For those reasons alone, every patriotic American should vote red on November 5th …and for many Election Days to come.
